Background

almost THERE Consulting is a strong consultancy firm specializing in the delivery of creative solutions in life coaching and counselling. Together with our clients, we design long-term strategies to achieve the most effective life goals and changes necessary.

Dave Almost has been mentoring young people for twenty years as a manager in the entertainment and food industries.  In 2007, Dave made a major career shift into the field of psychology.  Dave is a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology graduate of Yorkville University.  He is a registered clinical counsellor in good standing with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors. Dave enjoys individual and couples counselling as well as leading anger management sessions. 

Cathy Almost is a Certified Coach Practitioner through the Certified Coaching Federation.  She also has a Masters Degree in Leadership, focusing on business.  For the past twenty years, Cathy has been helping others make decisions toward strategic directions in life, she is a transition expert.  Cathy received her Personality Dimensions Facitiliator training and loves to lead groups through the communication and personality exploration process.  Cathy has been involved in transition programming for the past ten years, she understands strategic planning, attrition and retention, and various leadership topics.

Dave and Cathy enjoy working together and welcome any chance to be involved in people transformation.  They have a passion for others and bringing out the best in individuals.   Dave and Cathy met on 'eharmony' and were married in 2007.
